Our customers are our primary concern, and we know that your budget is extremely important. That’s why our policy has always been to provide flat-rate, up-front pricing on projects whenever possible. Because of our low overhead and profitable online projects, we’re able to offer some of the most competitive rates in the DFW area.
How much will my web site cost?
Because every customer’s needs are different, we ask that you let us quote each product individually. If we can save you money or give you a better product without increasing your costs, we will.
To give you the means to start planning your budget, please contact us today. Once we have an idea of what you’re trying to achive, we’ll quote a price that includes only what you want and nothing more.
How do you determine pricing?
Many of our customers ask for static, informational web sites to display their contact information, store locations, and product information. We’ve created dozens of these brochure style web sites and our rates reflect our efficiency and experience.
Dynamic storefronts and database driven projects are billed based on their complexity and the cost of software. Once you tell us what you want to do, we’ll make a recommendation that gives you the most flexibility at the lowest cost.
What about maintenance?
If you have an existing web site and would like us to make changes or updates, we make every effort to quote flat-rate pricing based on our hourly rate. Please consider purchasing a pre-paid maintenance contract in order to take advantage of our bulk pricing.
Web Hosting and Domain Names
Every web site needs a domain name and a web host. If you have one you would like us to work with we’re more than happy to do it.
If you would like us to register your domain and setup hosting for you, we pass along our cost of $9.95/year for a domain name and $19.95/month for web hosting (paid a year in advance).
Online Marketing
Online marketing including periodic newsletters and pay-per-click advertising campaigns are billed monthly based on your requirements. Whenever possible we urge customers to consider combining both pay-per-click advertising campaigns with our newsletter service to increase effectiveness and reduce costs.
